A refined reimagining of Key lime pie — vibrant lime curd at the centre, layered with silky mascarpone vanilla cream and bright lime gel, enveloped in a delicate lime mousse. Set on a tender lime drizzle cake with a crisp crunch base, then finished in a velvet chocolate spray for a perfectly balanced dessert of citrus, cream, and texture.





A refined dark chocolate tart built on a crisp sweet pastry shell, layered with feuilletine chocolate crunch and vibrant blackberry curd, finished with a rich dark chocolate layer. Crowned with a glossy blackberry compote dome and encircled with fresh Raspberry for a striking balance of deep chocolate, bright fruit, and crisp texture.





Delicate coffee-soaked Joconde sponge layered with our signature chocolate ganache and crunchy pecan praline, finished with a light white chocolate mousse and whipped ganache. Garnished with roasted pecans for the perfect balance of richness and texture.

A REFINED LAYERED CRÈMEUX DESSERT FEATURING SILKY MANGO CRÈMEUX OVER SMOOTH WHITE CHOCOLATE CRÈMEUX, WITH A HEART OF HOME-MADE MACADAMIA PRALINE. ENROBED IN A DELICATE WHITE CHOCOLATE SHELL AND FINISHED WITH ROASTED MACADAMIAS AND WHIPPED WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE — A PERFECT BALANCE OF TROPICAL FRUIT, NUTTY DEPTH, AND CREAMY INDULGENCE.

A delicate cloud-shaped dessert combining tropical and berry notes, featuring a vibrant raspberry compote and smooth coconut cream wrapped in a light roulade sponge. Encased in airy coconut Chantilly and elegantly finished with fresh raspberries and coconut shavings for a soft, refreshing finish.





An elegant harmony of vibrant raspberry and deep chocolate—featuring a raspberry compote centre and smooth raspberry crémeux atop chocolate genoise and feuilletine crunch, wrapped in decadent chocolate mousse, glazed in brilliant ruby red and set on a chocolate sablé biscuit.
